The terms on which Suburban Pythons supplies animals are set out below.
1. Our animals will be correctly sexed (except for gtps), free of mites, and will unless otherwise arranged, have had at least four meals before leaving our premises.
2. Should you be dissatisfied with a purchase you should contact us within 48 hours of its receipt. We will either replace, if we can, the animal with another, or refund it's purchase price. After the elapse of 48 hours from its receipt we will regard the animal as irrevocably accepted.
3. We accept payment by cheque, postal order, direct bank transfer, or in cash. Cash sent by post must be on a recorded delivery basis. We hope in due course to accept credit and debit cards.
4. The sale is made when the full purchase price is, in the case of payment by cheque or transfer, credited to our bank account and, in the case of payments in cash or by postal order, received by us.
5. In defualt of other arrangements animals must be collected in person.
6. Animals may be reserved for a two week period on payment to us of a reservation fee of 20% of the purchase price. If the animal is collected and the 80% of the purchase price is paid to us within that two-week period we will regard the reservation fee as completing the full purchase price due on sale. Otherwise the reservation fee will be forfeited to us.
